QC Engineer

Job Summary:

• Location: Tampines
• Salary: Basic up to $6,000 + AWS
• Working Hours: 5 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Performed incoming inspection of machined parts using precision measurement equipment including CMM, QV, VHX, profiling instruments, and standard QC tools (vernier, micrometer, dial gauge, etc.).
• Conducted in-process quality control (IPQC) for mechanical assemblies, subsystems, and final inspection of finished products.
• Supported QA engineers in supplier quality audits, first article (FA) buy-offs, and external onsite vendor assessments.
• Managed non-conformance reporting, corrective actions (CAR/8D), and issue resolution with suppliers and internal teams in compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Assisted with QA laboratory instrument calibration, maintenance activities, and ensured 5S standards and on-time completion of assigned tasks.
