Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated QC Lab Technician to join a large and stable dairy company known for producing a variety of products including white milk, chocolate milk, ice cream, eggnog, and sour cream. The role involves supporting production by conducting tests on incoming materials, processing, and outgoing products, as well as performing environmental testing. The position operates Monday through Friday from 12pm to 8pm, with initial flexibility required for shift assignments during the first month and a half.
PAY - $21/hour
Responsibilities
+ Perform bacterial plating and microbiology tests.
+ Conduct pH testing and use infrared reader for butter fat and total solids analysis.
+ Measure titratable acidity and calibrate machines.
+ Execute weight checks to ensure product consistency.
