QC Technician I - 2nd Shift

Basic Purpose and Scope:

The QC Technician I will conduct analytical testing on product and monitor micro samples submitted for labeling accuracy. Monitor all CCPs for formulated products.

Essential Job Functions Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform all job duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies

2. Understand and be able to use all necessary lab testing equipment

3. Perform and understand analytical tests on ingredients and finished goods

4. Perform qualitative sensory testing for every batch produced

5. Perform data entry of test results via computer software or written methods

6. Notify appropriate personnel if product is out of specification or for paperwork discrepancies

7. Monitor chemical concentrations
