QC Technician

Location: Midland, TX

DIVISION : Ready-Mix

Compensation: $22 - $25 DOE

Summary: The Ready-Mix QA/QC Technician is responsible for conducting quality control tests on ready-mix 
concrete to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications. The role involves sampling, 
testing, and analyzing materials, as well as documenting and reporting findings. The technician works 
closely with production teams to ensure that products are consistent and meet customer requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support a culture that promotes safety as top priority while ensuring compliance with all 
    federal, state and company regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Collect concrete samples according to industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI).
