Location: Chihuahua, Mexico.
Language: English (conversational/tecnical)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the QE role within the POD, taking ownership of project success. Coordinate directly with the client, ensuring alignment on requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
Collaborate with offshore teams in India to drive seamless execution and delivery. Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform both automation and manual testing as required to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Technical Skills:
- Good experience in developing and maintaining Selenium WebDriver test scripts.
- Good in building automation frameworks using Java and Python.
- Experience in BDD methodology.
- Experience in Cucumber.
- Good in Rest Assured (creating and executing test plans and API tests).
