Summary

We are seeking a dynamic leader in Quality Excellence with a proven track record of managing major software delivery initiatives. This role is focused on Credit Card delivery and requires a leader who can:

  • Deliver immediate value by unblocking QE-specific issues and challenges across key delivery initiatives.
  • Lead a mid-size team of QE professionals, including both onshore and offshore resources.
  • Drive the evolution of QE practices, AI tooling, and continuous improvement within a scaled agile environment.
