Job Description

Fan Milk PLC is looking for an agile and collaborative team member to join the team as the Quality and Food Safety Manager. The Quality and Food Safety Manager will be responsible for developing and mobilizing the local Quality & Food Safety strategy for the Ghana business and lead end to end Quality & Food Safety compliance and performance. In this role, you will report directly to the Quality & Food Safety Director, SSA.

The position is a permanent position based in Accra GHANA.


About You

  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, people management and leadership skills

  • A degree in Food science and technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or any other related discipline with at least 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably Dairy, Foods)

  • Knowledge of FSMS (FSSC 22000) and QMS is required

  • Knowledge of six sigma and process capability improvement tools (TPM, WCM)
