QIP Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure that products and services meet quality standards and specifications.
• Alert and provide feedback to Executive/Supervisor of ongoing problems and delivering resolutions.
• Comply with internal policies and standards.
• Responsible for performing QIP check on all products received. Key receiving data into QIP Log and scan receiving documents.
• Prepare appropriate QAR forms for receiving.
• Responsible to compile info of non-conforming deliveries or rejections and communicate to QA Supervisor.
• Random checking of out-going trucks for truck, blanket, and bulkhead cleanliness.
• Assist team leader in placing or removing hold tag on bulk products. Ensure all hold products are placed at segregated area with hold tag and arranged tidily.
