**Job Overview**
Ensures that products being built and processes being used adhere to all standards and requirements; implements quality assurance practices, processes, and procedures.
**Job Requirements**
+ • Identificar los procesos clave basándose en el control de calidad y garantizar la calidad de los procesos.• Dirigir y participar con los ingenieros y técnicos de producto y fabricación en la resolución de problemas mediante el análisis de fallos (Ishikawa, 5 Why, 8D).• Apoyar la implantación y ejecución de herramientas estándar: análisis de tolerancias, FMEA, planes de control, MSA, estudios de capacidad, QIP, FAI, PPAP, desarrollo de instrucciones de trabajo y datos de lecciones aprendidas.• Dominio de software y herramientas relacionados con la calidad: Minitab, SAP, Excel, etc.• Dominio del control estadístico de procesos (SPC) y el análisis de datos.• Impartir formación y orientación a ingenieros junior e inspectores de calidad.• Conocimientos sobre QMS según ISO9001:2015 y AS9001 (básico).• Análisis de datos de calidad y procesos (ppm, desechos, Pareto, CPK, COPQ, etc.).• Conocimientos de pruebas eléctricas (básicos).• Dirigir auditorías de ISO9001.• IPC 620 y 610.
+ Habilidades• Excelentes habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales.• Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.• Atención al detalle y enfoque metódico de las tareas.

+ 2-3 años de experiencia desempeñandose en puestos como Ing. de Calidad o afin.
