Roles and Responsibilities

1) 2wh and 3whQuality issue understanding , analysis and follow up with the teams for closure.

2) Warranty data analysis and its concerns about the issue

3) DFMEA concept and understanding of its takeaways.

4) Understanding ofhorz. Deployments ,Kaizans, Design Guidelines – which will be outcomes of certain Q issues.

5)Testing and Validation – Related candidate will require knowledge about vehicle side tests performed , how issues are tracked , and they are closed.

6) Basic knowledge about virtual validation ( CAE ) – how load cases are considered , how results are correlated in relation to the issue.

7) Vehicle layout concerned knowledge about Electric Vehicles.

8) TPM concept as such – knowledge is essential
