Roles and Responsibilities

1] 2wh and 3whQuality issue understanding , analysis and follow up with the teams for closure.

2] Warranty data analysis and its concerns about the issue

3] DFMEA concept and understanding of its takeaways.

4] Understanding ofhorz. Deployments ,Kaizans, Design Guidelines – which will be outcomes of certain Q issues.

5]Testing and Validation – Related candidate will require knowledge about vehicle side tests performed , how issues are tracked , and they are closed.

6] Basic knowledge about virtual validation ( CAE ) – how load cases are considered , how results are correlated in relation to the issue.

7] Vehicle layout concerned knowledge about Electric Vehicles.

8] TPM concept as such – knowledge is essential
