Job Description
**Your Job**
As a Global QMS Engineer, you will be working with a global team to harmonize and continue the improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) focus in Americas region. You'll lead internal, customer, and third-party audits, manage the Layered Process Audit (LPA) program, and support documentation, training, and system-wide initiatives to ensure consistent compliance and excellence across all regions.

You will join the Molex Corporate Quality department, reporting to the Global QMS Manager and collaborating closely with sites in the Americas (Lisle, Rochester Hills, Grand Blanc, Guadalajara) and Europe (Bièvres). Your key stakeholders include external and internal customers, suppliers manufacturing, Customer Service, IT, Sales, Supplier and Customer Quality, Product Design and AQP teams.
