Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Conduct Quality reviews with R&D regarding all New Development castings & ECN in regular castings.

2. Regular review & follow up with concerned departments to ensure development & SOVP of castings as per timelines.

3. PPAP Make & Signoff with all stake holders to ensure First Time Right & Everything Right.

4. Regular review of New Development castings during production ramp up stage & action planning if any deviation observed.

5. Coordination & review with Tooling manufacturer including methoding concept finalization & timelines.

6. Finalization of complete process flow of casting development including core making, core handling/assembly,

core dipping & core setting at moulding line with production department.

7. New product rejection/ rework analysis & action planning.

8. New product rejection analysis & action planning during machining & assembly of castings.

9. Identify training needs & provide technical training ( methoding concept, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow diagram etc) to team members.

10. Drive safety & 5S activities within department.
