QMS SECTION HEAD

Manage in process quality and resolve with respective functional team to prevent interruption to operations.

To establish and ensure adherence to respective quality management systems such as ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO13485, ISO14001 and Environmental compliances.

Key personnel at Operations meetings to drive improvement.

Provide leadership for quality improvement, and strategic and/or tactical directions to management to improve our quality management systems at monthly reviews or yearly management review.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and manage a team of trained quality personnel for In-process inspection.

Establish quality criteria and method for inspection.

Work closely with internal functional teams to achieve compliance of processes which related to internal QMS and customer requirements.

To drive internal teams to utilize appropriate quality tools such as 8D, DMAIC for quality improvement.
