Job Description – Role Overview


The Relationship Management Support Intern will assist the RM team in managing and resolving screen-related operational tickets. The role involves actively working towards reducing pending and on-hold tickets, coordinating with the Maintenance team, and supporting site-level issue resolution through data analysis and communication with relevant Points of Contact (POCs).


Key Responsibilities


1. Ticket Management


Work on parked tickets and RM put-on-hold tickets related to screens.


Ensure pending tickets are reduced and maintained below 100 on a weekly basis.


2. Maintenance Coordination


Coordinate daily with the Maintenance team.


Follow up on tickets received through WhatsApp groups.


3. Site Access & Approvals


Coordinate and ensure proper site entry approvals.
