Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor & Cost Manager with a passion for fit-out projects and a sharp eye for detail. The ideal candidate should be skilled in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and vendor management to ensure flawless project execution within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Tendering & BOQ

• Prepare and analyse tender documents, BOQs, and contracts

• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor bids

Cost Control & Budgeting

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial discipline

• Prepare cost plans, cash flows, and financial reports

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Build and manage a robust vendor/supplier network

• Procure quality materials at the best price and ensure timely delivery

Contract Administration

• Handle contract negotiations, change orders, and claims

• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations

Quantity Takeoff & Estimation

• Measure and quantify materials, labor, and equipment

• Support pricing and estimation for project tenders

Site Coordination & Reporting

• Conduct regular site visits to track progress and resolve issues

• Submit timely cost and progress reports to management

Value Engineering & Risk Management

• Identify cost-saving strategies without compromising quality

• Develop mitigation plans for cost-related project risks

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

•    3–5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects

•    Strong command over AutoCAD , MS Excel , SketchUp , V-Ray , and QS software

•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

•    Familiarity with local vendor ecosystem and procurement cycle

•    Own vehicle for site commute is a must
