Job Description
A graduate of CIVIL Engineering and related discipline
PRC License is a plus but not required
With at least 2-5 years of work experience in Construction industry
With proven experience in estimating costs and monitoring/ managing budgets for building and construction projects to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
With experience in preparing and analyzing project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time
With knowledge in reviewing and reading construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
With knowledge in monitoring Bill of Quantities and Materials of Projects
With experience in preparing and evaluating Progress Billings of Actual Site Accomplishments
Willing to be deployed at Batangas City
Can start ASAP
