Q/S ENGINEER

Job Summary:

The Quantity Surveyor Engineer specializing in High-Rise Construction will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and procurement activities related to large-scale multi-story building projects. This role involves detailed quantity take-offs, budgeting, cost control, and negotiation to ensure the project remains financially viable and complies with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates specific to high-rise building projects, including concrete, steel structures, façade, MEP, and finishing works.

·Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

·Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and procurement packages for subcontractors and suppliers.
