Job Responsibilities
- Manage technical/commercial bid proposals.
- Exercise cost control for all ongoing projects.
- Oversee claim submission for all ongoing projects.
- Prepare and strategies prolongation/variation/loss and expenses claim submissions.
- Report directly to Director.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 15 years’ experience.
- Possess a Degree in QS/Civil/Building/Construction Management.
- Good working knowledge in contract law.
- Possess following Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks
- Resourceful
- Self-motivated with high degree of integrity
- Highly Organized
- Excellent time management skills
