Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage technical/commercial bid proposals.
  2. Exercise cost control for all ongoing projects.
  3. Oversee claim submission for all ongoing projects.
  4. Prepare and strategies prolongation/variation/loss and expenses claim submissions.
  5. Report directly to Director.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 15 years’ experience.
  2. Possess a Degree in QS/Civil/Building/Construction Management.
  3. Good working knowledge in contract law.
  4. Possess following Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
    • Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks
    • Resourceful
    • Self-motivated with high degree of integrity
    • Highly Organized
    • Excellent time management skills
