Role Summary We are looking for a results-driven Sales lead to focus exclusively on new business acquisition for our equipment hire and civil construction works portfolio. The role targets direct clients, long-term equipment hire contracts, and civil works opportunities, while reducing reliance on brokers. Key Responsibilities Acquire new clients for equipment hire and civil construction works. Secure long-term equipment hire contracts and civil works projects. Support the sale of company equipment Build and manage a strong direct sales pipeline. Prepare quotations and proposals for management approval. Negotiate strong payment terms, including advance payments. Follow up to ensure timely client payment. Maintain basic sales records and reports.
