On behalf of our client SINOPEC, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Lifting Supervisor to work at Site in Uganda Key Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting operations on site. Ensure lifting equipment and accessories are inspected and certified before use. Verify ground conditions, lifting plans, and risk assessments prior to execution. Brief rigging teams, crane operators, and banksmen on safe lifting procedures. Monitor lifting activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards. Report and investigate any unsafe acts, near misses, or incidents during lifting. Liaise with site management, crane operators, and riggers to ensure smooth operations.
