On behalf of our client in the telecom industry, we are looking for competent, skilled and experienced SME Direct Sales Supervisorsto work in Uganda.

Job Purpose: The SME Direct Sales Supervisor is responsible to manage the Direct sales team within defined geographical demarcation / sites. This includes but not limited to Providing leadership to the sales team by motivating and encouraging the team to ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales targets are met. Within the assigned sites, sales supervisor is responsible to guide and impact the team with sales knowledge, working ethics, compliance, route plans, conducting daily meetings, keeping team sales records and working as the bridge between sales agents and Area sales Manager.
