Qualified Experinced Motor Mechanic

Reflex Automotive Engineering operates a busy service centre working along side of our engine reconditioning and turbo charger reconditioning workshops. We require the services of a qualified experienced technician with an interest in gaining further knowledge in the turbo and engine reconditioning fields. The successful candidate will also enjoy working on a variety of makes and models and be able to work as part of our team.

Duties include:

Liaison with the customer service manager and the workshop team  in the performance of the following procedures:

-handbook and general servicing,

-diagnosis of mechanical problems and implementation of recommended repairs,

-removal and refitting of cylinder heads, engines and various engine components.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will:

-have trade qualifications,

-be able to work unsupervised,

-be prepared to assist apprentices if required,

-demonstrate problem solving skills and experience with diagnostics,

-hold a current drivers licence,

-RWC testing and/or air con licences would be an advantage but not essential.

Must be eligible to work in Australia.
