What You’ll Do:

Monitor, coach, and develop Reps to achieve quality goals

Deliver training and support Team Leaders on performance plans

Analyse data to spot trends and recommend improvements

Manage quality systems and support operational projects

Mentor auditors and provide feedback on tools and processes

What You Need:
