Job Summary: QA Analyst – Smart COMM Implementation
Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support the testing and quality assurance of our Smart COMM implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure that all document generation processes meet functional and technical requirements, delivering a seamless experience across integrated systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Smart COMM implementations.
- Validate document templates, data mapping, and integration points with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., Guidewire).
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to identify and resolve defects.
