**Job Objective**
The Problem Solving Expert (Continuous Improvement) Lead is responsible for driving continuous improvements in product quality, processes, and systems. This role leads Six Sigma and Quality Excellence initiatives to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), standardize processes, and ensure defect-free delivery to customers.
**Job Requirements**
+ Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
+ Lead and execute CI projects using Six Sigma, Shainin Red X methodologies.
+ Apply Shainin tools such as Red X Problem Solving, Component Search, Paired Comparison, BOB/WOW, and Multi-Vari charts for variation reduction.
+ Facilitate RCA with structured techniques: 8D, DMAIC, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagr...
