Position: Quality Analyst
Location:  Cochin
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Voice call monitors and evaluates customer interactions
Salary : Upto 3 LPA 
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct timely and complete audits of allocated calls
* Ensure 100% accuracy in feedback, scoring, and documentation
* Ensure SOP adherence and script compliance
* Drive month-on-month improvement in overall call quality scores
* Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
* Administer and evaluate mock calls during training programs
* Identify, document, and maintain a repository of exemplary calls for reference and training
 . Skillset Required: voice call, quality
