✅ Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure quality standards

What We’re Looking For:


✨ Strong communication & analytical skills

✨ Prior QA experience in BPO preferred

✨ Knowledge of E-Commerce domain will be an added advantage

✨ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
