Job Description
Overview
Quality Analyst primary responsibility is to conduct quality monitoring to identify and remediate opportunities, guided by Compliance and Quality standards. In addition, QA is also expected to conduct basic root cause analysis per incident, and track to document each incident as form data gathering for reporting and analysis. These data are reported by QA to Operations via regular cadence and emailed summary analysis. QA is also expected to provide recommendations for corrections, corrective actions and preventive actions that should aid in process and metrics improvement.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 year degree
- Overall, 1-2 years of experience in Quality/Process Excellence/Transformation function in driving continuous improvement & transformation projects/initiatives
- Proficient in Salesforce and/or SAP
- Well versed with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), knowledge of Google Sheets, Slides and Google Data Studio pref...
