**Role**:
The quality analyst must carry out root cause analysis investigations to follow up on events with customers and those of the manufacturing, give continuity to the processes of the quality management system, implementation of KPIs in the operational process, attention to audits of the quality management system and audits carried out by customers, follow-up of non-conformities from previous audits,
