  • Maintain QC Standards & SOPs
  • Daily QC Monitoring on Production Lines

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, Floriculture or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in a nursery is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of plant health, pests & diseases (thrips, mites, mildew, root rot, etc.).
  • Able to identify good vs poor flower quality (size, colour, bloom stage).
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in hot/humid conditions.
  • Good communication skills – able to report issues clearly.
  • Physically fit; able to walk and inspect large growing areas.
