Job Description

Overview

  • Act as the lead for identifying and resolving parcel stagnation, exceptions, and lost parcels through process control, daily 5S site clearance, and workflow optimization to ensure our performance level meet preferable level.
  • Centralize operational performance tracking via routine scorecards, detect problems, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure accountability and stability.
  • Implement standardized processes, quality measures (e.g., Poka-Yoke, Gemba walks), and audit frameworks to evaluate and improve service quality. Design layout optimization and visual management systems to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
  • Partner with Maintenance, Safety, and Admin teams to ensure preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and a safe working environment.
