Quality and Process Control Supervisor

Reporting to the Quality & Systems Manager, this role directly supports our facilities to help achieve and maintain the quality standards across the Narellan Pools Australian and New Zealand Business. Analysing the root cause and nonconformance whilst providing coaching and training to our team to proudly build and deliver exceptional quality pools. This role requires strong cross-functional partnership with facility managers and their teams. Your proven quality experience, attention to detail, strong leadership skills and analytical skills will demonstrate your ability to help us deliver high quality products.
