This role is responsible for leading and developing the Quality and Training team, ensuring operational excellence through effective process management, performance metrics, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

  • A Quality and Training leader with 2+ years of experience managing teams within BPO environments.

  • A process-driven professional who ensures operational standards, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with internal and contractual KPIs.

  • A data-focused leader who analyzes quality and training insights to build action plans in partnership with operational leadership.

  • A confident communicator with B2 English proficiency, strong reporting skills, and a focus on data security and information confidentiality.
