About the Role

This role supports the corporate Quality Assurance function making sure quality standards are consistently applied across the business. You will support the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), and ensure our staff have access to the latest approved documents.

This position is suitable for an individual who is available during school hours and there will be a “work from home” option once you have been fully embedded in the role.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and development of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Maintain the company's QMS document control system, including version control, storage, and compliance with доллар lifecycle procedures
• Ensure accuracy, formatting, branding, and grammar of all controlled documents
• Ensure document retention, archiving, and disposal processes align with QMS and ISO requirements
• residents training and awareness initiatives related to the QMS
• Assist with QA reporting, register maintenance, and evaluation activities

About You

Previous experience in a QMS role, ideally within mining, engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with QMS systems
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
