A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst. This role is REMOTE and a 2+ month contract, W2 only.
Daily Task Performed:
• Evaluate current contract configuration and validation workflows.
• Design a QA process that includes methodology, review steps, documentation standards, and quality checkpoints.
• Define criteria and test steps to validate reimbursement logic, contract rules, and payment outcomes.
• Recommend roles, responsibilities, and handoffs between analysts and QA reviewers.
• Create process documentation, templates, and training materials to support adoption.
