Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in the IT service industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of IT services by developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with teams to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test cases for IT services and applications.
Conduct manual and automated testing to identify issues.
Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve service quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of QA experience in the IT service industry.
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
Experience with automation tools is a plus. ( Selenium / Appium ).
