Quality assurance analyst

Job Description: We are looking for experienced professionals with strong exposure to MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) loans . Candidates must have hands-on experience in MSME lending , along with Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end processing of MSME loan proposals , including sourcing, appraisal, and disbursement. Perform credit assessment for MSME customers by analyzing financial statements, bank statements, and cash flows. Evaluate Home Loan and/or Loan Against Property (LAP) cases as part of the credit portfolio. Conduct due diligence , field investigations, and verification of borrower credentials. Ensure compliance with credit policies, RBI guidelines, and internal risk norms . Coordinate with sales, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
