We are looking for experienced professionals with strong exposure to MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) loans. Candidates must have hands-on experience in MSME lending, along with Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end processing of MSME loan proposals, including sourcing, appraisal, and disbursement.
- Perform credit assessment for MSME customers by analyzing financial statements, bank statements, and cash flows.
- Evaluate Home Loan and/or Loan Against Property (LAP) cases as part of the credit portfolio.
- Conduct due diligence, field investigations, and verification of borrower credentials.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, RBI guidelines, and internal risk norms.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Monitor post-disbursement activities and support portfolio quality and risk control.
