Job Description
We are seeking an Operational Quality Analyst and a Compliance Analyst.
Work modality: On-site
Location: Garín, GBA norte.
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Role Responsibilities
Manage, update, and control process documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Lead or actively participate in internal and external audits, providing evidence, monitoring findings, and ensuring the effective implementation of corrective actions.
Monitor, analyze, and report quality indicators, generating actionable insights to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
Manage investigations related to deviations, nonconformities, and complaints, applying root cause analysis methodologies and defining preventive and corrective actions (CAPA).
Foster a strong quality culture at the plant, promoting adherence to procedures, good practices, and established standards.
