Job Description

We are looking for  Quality Assurance Analyst This position will  be full-time  and  Hybrid - Bengaluru.


What You’ll Do

  • Analyze business requirements and prepare corresponding  test cases   and test data.

  • Perform manual and  automation testing   to validate software functionality and quality.

  • Design, develop, and maintain  automation scripts   using  Java Selenium .

  • Identify suitable  test cases   for automation and ensure timely  execution   of automation suites.

  • Log, track, and report defects; collaborate with development teams to ensure closure.

  • Participate in  Agile ceremonies   and contribute to  continuous improvement initiatives .

  • Prepare and share  test execution   reports and summaries.

  • Work independently to manage assigned modules and deliver quality results within timelines.

  • Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BE/MCA/MSc (Computer Science   or related field).

  • Total Experience: Around 5 years, including.

  • Manual Testing : Minimum 2–3 years.

  • Automation Testing   (Java Selenium ): Minimum 2 years.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and  QA methodologies .

  • Hands-on experience in  defect management   and test case management tools.

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred:

  •   ISTQB certification   or exposure to manufacturing/distribution systems

Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
