- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the OMS product
- Perform thorough functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues
