Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Conduct data analysis to support operational excellence and performance metrics.
- Assist in collecting data, preparing reports and presentations for seniors.
- Coordinate with managers across various functions and domains for the effective implementation and maintenance of ISMS.
- Perform information security audits alongside the internal auditing team identified by the Lead Auditor.
- Continuously engage with project managers/teams to create information security awareness and ensure security controls are followed effectively.
- Monitor and review security metrics at regular intervals with function owners to improve the overall effectiveness of the information security policy.
- Investigate, gather, and document internal security incidents via internal tools, ensuring appropriate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Support the cross-functional to implement the ISMS framework in line with ISO 27001:2022 across Kumaran Systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to operational excellence.
Professional Skills:
- CMMi Framework / ISO 27001:2022 / ISO 9001:2015 certification (Implementation or Lead Auditor)
- Experience with project management tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement techniques.
- Certification in project management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
- Understanding of industry standards and best practices in delivery excellence.
Soft Skills:
- Strong documentation and process knowledge skills.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Tools:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
