**ADP SBS** **RS (Retirement Services)** **is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst – Test Engineer**
In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating ADP's Retirement Services solutions to ensure our customers can save time, stay compliant, and effectively offer and manage retirement plans to their employees. You will work within a Scrum team to test and verify that new backend microservices, APIs and other systems function correctly and meet business requirements.
You will start your day on a scrum call to sync up on sprint testing goals and priorities with your team. You will spend most of your day executing test cases, performing exploratory testing, analyzing test results, and identifying defects in both automated and manual testing scenarios. Your role requires you to create detailed test documentation, collaborate on test automation frameworks, and advocate for quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle.
