We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Selenium, and API testing, and will work closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium
- Perform API testing using tools such as Rest Assured, Postman, or similar
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks (Test NG / JUnit / Maven / Gradle)
- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members
- Execute regression, smoke, functional, and integration tests
- Analyze test results and provide detailed test reports
- Participate in requirement analysis and test planning
- Ensure automation coverage for new features and enhancements
- Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automation tests (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing
- Strong programming skills in Java
- Hands-on experience with Selenium Web Driver
- Experience in API testing (Rest Assured, Postman, SOAP UI, etc.)
- Knowledge of Test NG or JUnit
- Experience with Maven or Gradle
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
