Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We're Hiring: Automation QA Engineer (Playwright & Selenium)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Playwright for end-to-end testing of web applications.
• Develop and optimize automation frameworks for cross-browser testing with Playwright.
• Leverage your Selenium experience to automate tests in legacy systems and integrate them with Playwright.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration tests and report defects in an Agile environment.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Ensure high-quality standards across web applications by writing reusable and maintainable test code.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices for test automation.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Playwright automation (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
• 1 years of experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java).
• Expertise in writing, executing, and maintaining Playwright tests for web applications.
• Leverage your Selenium experience to automate tests in legacy systems and integrate them with Playwright.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser testing and test automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) to integrate automated tests into the pipeline.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Gherkin).
• Familiarity with API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
