Job Title: QA Automation Engineer – Karate, Selenium with Java

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Karate , Selenium with Java , and Regression Testing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and collaborating closely with development and QA teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Karate framework for API testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java for UI automation.
• Solid understanding of regression testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test management tools and CI/CD integration.
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Karate and Selenium with Java.
• Perform regression testing to ensure stability of applications after updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
• Optimize and enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely execution of test cycles and reporting of results.
