Quality Assurance Coordinator

Artistree-MississaugaThe Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) is responsible for ensuring that quality standards are met on all materials coming into the warehouse and all products going to customers: while following safety rules, meeting productivity standards and achieving attendance requirements.

Major Activities

1. Samples & Materials

Assist in reviewing and approving all master control samples and pre-shipment samples from internal and external suppliers to identify nonconformity to quality standards. 

Determine whether nonconforming materials are widespread or isolated.

Ensure that substandard moulding is pulled, isolated, and logged.

Participate in sourcing team and staff meetings.

Build and maintain good business relationships with suppliers and vendors. 

Report / Communicate issues with Domestic suppliers and vendors.
