Quality Assurance Engineer

Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) is seeking a proven, high performing Quality Assurance Engineer professional, responsible for ensuring the quality of products in a dynamic and growing company. In his key role you will be administering the quality system in an end‑to‑end, multiple work cells, integration and test facility for of mission-critical defense programs.

This position is a full-time, on-site position at our new East Camden AR production facility.

Key aspects of the role:

Quality Assurance: Implement and sustain quality processes across the manufacturing workflow to ensure products meet quality standards.

Problem-solving: Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and develop and implement corrective and preventative action plans (CAPAs).
