  • Main customer/CSR contact of customer quality issues.
  • Monitors quality trends daily and spearheads/coordinates engineering evaluations and studies to improve these trends.
  • Provides regular quality engineering reports specific to assigned lines.
  • Provides training and provides technical guidance to quality assurance inspectors.
  • Initiates continuous improvement projects that may be derived from KPIs.
  • Monitors the job deliverables of outgoing QA inspectors including the ODPPM (role for Engineer II only).

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in any of these Engineering fields: ECE, EE, ME, ChE or any engineering or related courses.
  • Preferably a licensed engineer
  • Fresh graduate or with relevant work experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Familiar with 7 QC tools
