- Main customer/CSR contact of customer quality issues.
- Monitors quality trends daily and spearheads/coordinates engineering evaluations and studies to improve these trends.
- Provides regular quality engineering reports specific to assigned lines.
- Provides training and provides technical guidance to quality assurance inspectors.
- Initiates continuous improvement projects that may be derived from KPIs.
- Monitors the job deliverables of outgoing QA inspectors including the ODPPM (role for Engineer II only).
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in any of these Engineering fields: ECE, EE, ME, ChE or any engineering or related courses.
- Preferably a licensed engineer
- Fresh graduate or with relevant work experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with 7 QC tools
